Mould Design

We design and create 3D mould models in .stp / .step / .x_t based on part models / hand sketches / physical samples provided by the customers. Once the drawing is completed it will go through a MoldFlow analysis to insure the product can be injection molded with optimal manufacturability.

Tool Shop

Complex shapes and contours are not a problem for our CNC professionals. Using all of the latest mold design concepts, our molds are built with precision and made to last. With in-house CNC, EDM, and polishing, we have full control of the mold making process.

Molding Shop

We offer plastic injection moulding from commodity resins to engineering grades. Our most knowledgeable staff has over 20 years of experience in injection moulding field. It enables us to determine exact processing parameters and accommodate the most demanding applications.
